Refund/Deposit Policy

We understand sometimes things are out our control and cancellations are necessary. In saying that, we refund deposits up until 2 weeks of the scheduled event. This covers lost bookings (for that day and time period) and studio cancellation costs (if using one of our function rooms).

Therefore if a cancellation is made the week before or week of the event, we are not able to refund deposits. 

Secondly, once guest numbers have been finalised and paid the week of the event it cannot be adjusted nor refunded.
